The Regulation on Combined Transportation entered into force!

The Regulation on Combined Transportation, which regulates the principles and conditions regarding combined transportation and green logistic activities, (“Regulation”) was introduced in the Official Gazette dated May 27, 2022, and numbered 31848.
The Regulation on Combined Transportation, which regulates the principles and conditions regarding combined transportation and green logistic activities, (“Regulation”) was introduced in the Official Gazette dated May 27, 2022, and numbered 31848.

 1. In order for the transportation activity to be considered as combined transportation within the scope of the Regulation, it must meet various conditions such as carrying out only the first and/or the last stages of transportation by road.

 2. Real and legal persons holding a Green Logistics Certificate which is obtained after the application to the General Directorate of Regulation of Transport Services (“Administration”) will be able to benefit from various supports, incentives and privileges regarding the green logistics activities they carry out in accordance with the conditions specified in the Regulation.

 3. Those who benefit from the support, incentives and privileges within the scope of the Regulation will submit various information and documents to the Administration annually, and may also be subject to absentee inspections.
